At DivyaGruhaShakti, we are committed to offering deeply personalized spiritual and vastu services that require time, energy, and divine focus. Due to the customized nature of astrology, vastu, and remedy consultations, we maintain a no-refund policy once a service has been booked and delivered.

💡 Non-Refundable Services:

• All Astrology & Vastu Consultations (including Astro-Vastu)

• Energy remedies and personalized report preparations

• Custom rituals, remedies, yantra recommendations

• Any consultation where time has been allocated or session delivered

• All downloadable or digital materials

✨ Exceptions (At Our Discretion):

Refunds may be considered only under the following rare conditions:

• Double payment or accidental duplicate booking

• Technical errors on our website during payment

• Service not delivered within 15 business days (without prior intimation)

In such cases, kindly email us at divyagruhashakti@gmail.com with your transaction ID and service details within 7 days of booking.

🔁 Rescheduling Policy:

If you are unable to attend your booked session, you may request rescheduling once (at least 24 hours in advance). No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
